The short version
Optima is made by an independent creator. The only personal information this website collects is the email address you give when you download the app — and it's used to send your licence key and the occasional important update. It is never sold or shared.
What we collect
Your email address, and only if you submit it when downloading the app. Submissions are relayed by Formsubmit.co, a third-party form service, which forwards them to Optima's contact inbox (hello@optimaplanner.com). They are not stored in a separate database.
How we use it
Solely to send your download and licence details, plus the occasional important product update. No spam — and you can be removed any time by replying to a message or emailing the address below.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count anonymous page visits. This does not track you across other sites and does not collect personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your email at any time — just reach out at hello@optimaplanner.com and it'll be removed.
